Robert Baiocco

Executive Director of Operations

Robert Baiocco is a seasoned hospitality professional with 30+ years of experience spanning 50+ countries. His career combines luxury hospitality expertise with global service, team leadership, and multicultural engagement.


Robert's hospitality foundation includes fine dining at Café Chardonnay in Palm Beach Gardens, Front of House roles at New Orleans' historic Pontchartrain Hotel (where he earned Employee of the Year), and The Argyle on Sunset Boulevard (first Employee of the Month recipient). He advanced into sales management at prestigious properties including PGA National Resort & Spa and Château Élan Winery & Resort, specializing in group sales, corporate meetings, and high-level client relations.


His operational leadership expanded as Operations Manager for Big R Ranch and Home Supply Stores in Oregon, where he oversaw three locations and 180 employees, directing hiring, training, safety compliance, and cross-departmental operations.


Robert also brings over a decade of missionary service, including serving as Coordinator and Liaison for Casa Hogar La Gloria orphanage in Tijuana, managing administration, child development programs, and international fundraising between the orphanage and its U.S. Board of Directors.


Conversationally fluent in Spanish and TEFL-certified, Robert excels at connecting across cultures. He holds a Bachelor's degree from DePaul University in business development and social services, and earned the DePaul Student Excellence Award.
