Louie Spetrini

Vice President of Food & Beverage

Louie Spetrini is a seasoned restaurateur and hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience. Known for his laser focus on customer satisfaction and fiscal responsibility, he has successfully launched and managed numerous restaurants and venues, as well as rebranded and repositioned numerous hotels food and beverage programs in the states and abroad.


Louie has opened nine restaurants and nightclubs, including Atlanta Landmark Velvet Night Club and Lounge Maxim Prime. He's consulted for high-profile openings in South Florida and beyond, including Trio on the Bay in Miami Beach and Sea Salt in downtown St. Petersburg.


In addition to his consulting work, Louie has managed multiple four-star fine dining restaurants and been directly involved in launching start-up ventures led by industry luminaries like Jeffrey Chodorow. His expertise extends to hands-on ownership, having owned one of Atlanta's most innovative nightclubs of the 90s and a popular midtown eatery.


Louie has worked with Cashmere Hotel Group on projects located in Sardinia Italy, Palm Beach Florida, and Bali Indonesia. With solid business insight and excellent communication skills, he continues to excel in the culinary and hospitality industry.
